Returns & Refunds

At Ignition Solutions, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and labels are included

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Important: Items that have been installed, damaged, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Electrical or electronic parts (e.g., sensors, ECUs, wiring kits)

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Tools or diagnostic equipment that have been opened or used

  • Clearance or final sale products

If you’re unsure whether an item is returnable, contact us before purchasing.


3. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at dormansupply@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return

  3. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or defective upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment.

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defect).


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you
